I thought it was possible we might see a price decrease from Toyota to offset the loss of half of the federal tax credit, but it looks like Toyota is gong in the other direction. The Toyota Camry Hybrid sticker price is going up $300 for any vehicle built on or after November 1st.
That brings the base price up to $26,820 including shipping. It seems Toyota feels the Camry is outselling what even they had predicted.
