Some taxi cabs in London will have a new look in the near future, as the new City Cab comes to town.
The new cab seats five. "With air-suspension, its floor can be lowered 80mm to aid wheelchair access, and once inside, passengers can even watch the taxi's driving route, or surf the Internet. Although the cab is only a design study at the moment, it will soon be evaluated on test in Helsinki, with a view to it going on sale worldwide."
I just like the look of it. Also, the handicap access is impressive. The engine is built off of Toyota's Prius hybrid powertrain (Toyota Synergy) and runs near-silent at low speeds.
