Although it shouldn't come as a shock to anyone, Toyota will raise prices on hybrid and commercial vehicles by 1 to 3 percent as early as this fall, although other cars including the Corolla and Crown luxury sedans will stay the same. This comes (via forbes) from the Nikkei who didn't provide any sources.
What's not clear is where the price hikes should be expected, Japan, the US or worldwide.
Toyota announced price increases on their hybrid line-up in July. Each of their hybrids increased by $500 or more.
