Lithium-Ion batteries should dominate the hybrid electric car marketplace for the next 10 to 15 years according to CEO Prabhakar Patil of LG Chem Ltd unit Compact Power.
Of course, they're a little biased, since they are going to supply lithium-ion batteries to Chevy for the Volt. They hope to deal with other automakers.
